We specialize in custom 3D printed eco-friendly logos made from biodegradable PLA plastic. Our products are designed for indoor decorative use by offices, hotels, restaurants, and similar clients across Europe.

2. Ordering Process

Orders are placed after an initial offer is accepted. The client provides billing and delivery information through the “Order and Delivery Details” page. A final invoice is then issued based on agreed-upon production cost plus calculated shipping.

By submitting your order, you:

  • Confirm that the information you provide is accurate.

  • Accept the total price displayed, which includes production and shipping.

  • Agree to pay the invoice before production begins.

3. Payments

All payments must be made in advance, via bank transfer or online payment (where applicable), based on the final invoice. Production will not start until the payment is received in full.

Prices are displayed in EUR unless otherwise specified. VAT may apply according to Romanian tax regulations.

4. Shipping and Delivery

We ship via GLS Courier to destinations across Europe.

  • Shipping costs are calculated dynamically via the GLS API.

  • You will receive a tracking number once the package is dispatched.

  • Estimated production time is 3–5 business days from payment.

  • Shipping times vary based on location.

We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services or incorrect address details provided by the customer.

5. Installation and Usage

Each order includes:

  • 3D printed logo

  • Mounting template

  • Double-sided adhesive tape

  • Care instructions

Logos are intended for indoor decorative use only. The product is not waterproof or heat-resistant.

6. Returns and Refunds

Because each logo is custom-made, we do not accept returns or offer refunds unless:

  • The item arrives damaged (with proof provided within 48 hours of receipt)

  • There is a production error that deviates from the approved specifications

Approved refunds or replacements will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

7. Intellectual Property

By submitting a logo or artwork for reproduction, you confirm that:

  • You have the legal right to use and reproduce the submitted content.

  • You grant us permission to reproduce the logo for production purposes.

We do not claim ownership over your logo design. All rights remain with you.

8. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

  • Losses resulting from incorrect logo files or instructions

  • Installation errors or misuse of the product

Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific order.

9. Privacy and Data Protection

We process your personal data according to our Privacy Policy. This includes information collected for invoicing, shipping, and marketing purposes.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Romania. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Romanian courts.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated versions will be posted on this page.
