I don’t know how big I want my printed logo. What should I tell you?

Just measure the space where the logo will go (e.g. “about 30 cm wide”) or compare it to something familiar (like the size of a sheet of paper) and type that in the “Specifications” box.

How many logos can I upload at once?

One logo per order keeps things simple. If you have more, just start a new upload for each.

Not necessarily. If you don’t have a vector file, we can convert your existing logo into a vector format suitable for 3D printing.

When will I receive my quote?

You’ll get a detailed price estimate within 24 hours of uploading your logo—often much sooner!

What does the quote include?

Your quote shows three simple numbers:

  • Vectorization (if we need to turn your image into a clean design)

  • 3D printing cost (based on size)

  • Shipping cost

Are there any hidden fees?

No. We lay out every cost in the quote. What you see is what you pay—no surprises.

Can the price change after I accept?

Once you approve the quote, the price is locked in. If you ask for changes (size, color, etc.) afterward, we’ll send you a new quote.

How long is the quote valid?

Your quote stays valid for 7 days. After that, if prices change, we’ll let you know before moving forward.

Can I tweak my order before accepting the quote?

Absolutely. If you want a different size or material tweak, just tell us and we’ll update your quote before you confirm.

Do I have to pay to get a quote?

Not at all. Quotes are completely free—no obligation. Once you’re happy, we’ll send you the invoice to pay.

What is a “proof”?

A proof is a preview image or PDF showing exactly how your 3D logo will look—size, shape, and placement—before we print it.

How will I get my proof?

We’ll email you a link to view the proof online, on WhatsApp or attach a PDF/image directly in the email.

What should I check on the proof?

Make sure the dimensions match what you requested, your logo details (text, colors, edges) look correct, and your delivery address is right.

How many changes can I request?

We include up to three free revisions. Just let us know what needs tweaking, and we’ll update the proof.

How long do I have to approve?

You have 48 hours to review and approve your proof. After that, we’ll follow up once—if we don’t hear back, we’ll proceed with the last version.

What if I miss the 48‑hour window?

No worries—just email us. We’ll resend the proof and extend your review period so you can confirm everything.

Will I be charged for changes?

Minor tweaks (size adjustments, spelling fixes) are free within the three revisions. Major redesigns may incur a small fee, but we’ll always let you know upfront.

What happens after I approve the proof?

Once you say “Looks good,” we’ll move straight to printing. No further changes are possible after approval, so please review carefully!

When will my logo be printed and shipped?

Right after you approve the proof, we send your order straight to production. Most orders ship within 2–3 business days.

How long does delivery take?

Standard shipping takes 3–5 business days within the EU. If you need it faster, let us know—we offer express options.

Can I track my shipment?

Yes! As soon as your package is on its way, we’ll email you a tracking number so you can follow its progress.

How is my logo packaged?

Your 3D logo arrives in a sturdy box with custom foam inserts to protect it. We also include the mounting template and double‑sided tape in the same package.

What if my package arrives damaged?

Inspect your order right away. If anything’s broken, simply email us a photo within 48 hours, and we’ll send a replacement at no extra cost.

Do you ship outside the EU?
